Internet issues

Went to play Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare on the Xbox One and it keep coming up with lost connection to Xbox Live, so rebooted my Virgin Media Superhub 2, to find it wouldn’t reconnect.

So I phoned Virgin Media and they wasn’t aware of any issues, so they have booked me a tech to come out Tuesday, between 4-7pm. I am hoping it will reconnect before then, as it appears other people are having the same issue in the area.

It is currently down at this time and I am having to use my iPad on 3G, to write this.

  1. Internet is working this morning, seems it came back up at around 12.30am.
    Also got a text message say tech visit cancelled, because they found a network problem.
